Other times was great. Last 3 times same cashier wearing no mask. Questioned, but naive on it. Acted like it doesn't matter. Drove off. Last time going there.

We use to purchase at least four smoothies a week with a Champion status on the App. We were disappointed about a month ago but we decided to give them another try today. Either our Smoothie King store keeps changing employees without adequate training or the owners are purposely telling their employees to use less ingredients and more ice. The flavor of our smoothies that we normally get every time, no change, Kiwi Kale and Berry Immune Builder, has changed dramatically. The smoothies we get now have NOOOO flavor and taste more like frozen ice than anything. We tried to give you another chance without posting something but we give up.

Gives plastic cups instead of insulated Styrofoam cups. They weren't smoothies halfway on the drive home.nSo yeah, if you want something to drink thats thick and not cold. This place gots you.

Went in to get a smoothie before work and the cashier had such an attitude I almost walked out however I do enjoy the smoothies. It was just funny to me how the person who walked up after me, received a much more enthusiastic welcome
