Delicious
A very unassuming place. Old, drab and dreary. The food was outstanding, very fresh and piping hot. Only 4 stars because I had to eat with a plastic fork out of a Styrofoam box, dine in.
DO NOT place a delivery order, take out or dine in. I placed a delivery order this evening at 8:19 and told 45-60 minutes for delivery. Delivery was 47 minutes.nHot and Sour soup cold, Kung Pao not spicy at all extremely bland and ordered and payed for white meat chicken and got thigh meat.nCalled and spoke to the owner who took my order over the phone and she would not refund or correct my order.nShe said I need to send her a picture of the chicken or bring it in to her. I ordered Delivery for a reason! Can a picture of my cold soup relay that it is cold, thigh meat is thigh meat nasty and rubbery!nI wouldn’t call if this was untrue! I will dispute this charge with my bank!
We arrived at this place for lunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We loved this spot a lot and we shall absolutely come back again. we highly recommend this place.
We have been a regular customer of Chef Chu for many years.nThey provide great Chinese food in generous portions and authentic to their menu. The staff are always courteous and friendly with fast delivery every time! We highly recommend Chef Chu and admire them for their overall quality.
