I pop into this pizza hut to pick up lunch about once a month. Easy to spot at the front of the parking lot with plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out to grab lunch. Food is ready, hot and exactly what I expect. The store could use some sprucing up as it feels dark and dated. Employees are nice but don't seem thrilled about their job.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I placed an order for delivery, adding my address and a generous tip, and then when I was still waiting on my order an hour later, I decided to look at my order on the app. An employee apparently changed my order to carryout. When I called to figure out what the deal was, no one answered the phone. I called 5 more times, again with no answer. Apparently, a bunch of teenagers who don't care about customer service or even just doing their job are running things!
Pizza was delivered very quickly, about 10 minutes after we ordered it. It was awful. Not hot, dry and very sparse on ingredients. We even added mushrooms and banana peppers at an extra cost. There was about a dozen slices of each on the pizza. Hardly worth an extra $3. We ordered 2 medium thin crust pizzas at a whopping $50 which included tax, tip and delivery fee. We usually get Papa Murphy's but had to order something that could be delivered this time. We will never Pizza Hut pizza again.
Ordered 2 large pizzas tonight. First bad experience with Pizza Hut. One pizza was over cooked and the other one was under cooked. Almost doughy crust. The 2 pizzas were put together in one huge box!! The pizza was cold and it wasn't even cut in even slices. Tiny slices and large slices. We were looking forward to pizza after having xmas food for 2 days. Very disappointing.
Good take out location where they have curbside touch-less delivery. Consistently good pizza.
