Austin and Sara where both very professional.. My case was a slip and fall. He was able to handle it out of court too. When i requested information or ask a question. He responded quickly.. Most cases same day. Which is very hard to have attorneys answer quickly now days.nWould highly recommend him to friends and family.nAs matter of fact i recommended 2 friends to him before my case was finished.nIf i need an attorney again i would not hesitate contacting Austin.

Mr. Hartley handled a personal injury case for me. I hired him above his competitors as from our first phone conversation it was very clear that he is a compassionate and very sharp man with a passion for justice and a keen eye for detail. Our case involved a very tricky area of the law and in addition was difficult to prove, but he was able to do the deep digging necessary to position us for a win. Mr. Hartley is professional, communicative, responsive, highly capable, and personable. I am grateful to him for continuing to fight for me despite the many challenges along the way because it was the right thing to do. Mr. Hartley swiftly dealt with any misinformation or slander tactics attempted by opposing counsel. I got Mr. Hartley's firm involved in my case after the insurance company lied to me about paying off my medical bills before offering me a final injury settlement. What originally sounded like a fair offer would have ended up being nothing once I had to pay all the outstanding bills.nMr. Harley and his staff worked diligently to get my case together and I am very happy with the final settlement result.
