I frequent this Jimmy Johns because it is a few doors down from my local bar. The service and food is always good but tonight I noticed something different. Jocelyn, Marissa, & Alyssa maintain a impeccable store. Everything was so clean, smelled so fresh and they all provided phenomenal customer service. I was too outdone. You ladies truly make a diff and I’m hopeful that the Jimmy Johns franchise will acknowledge and promote you for the level of excellence that you provide. Above & beyond indeed.
Terrible. I told the guy no mayonnaise. He slammed about a half cup on it. Once told him I wanted mustard. He replied that he puts the mustard on the meat.lol. Then i thought i would be best to go to end of counter to watch his creation. The meat was only on 1 half of the sandwich. It was messy and disgusting. He paid no attention to what said at anytime.
Great location, they always get my order right, it's always super speedy and one time when I was in there my order wasn't ready and the manager gave me a free drink while I waited. Staff is also very friendly. Would recommend this location.
They really are cool people and fast service but my only issue is they don't put nothing over the white cutter boards when placing the bread on the board but the meat is placed on white paper....so why not the bread? At this moment in time you would think they would be more conscious of where they are placing the bread as well.
Customer service is horrible. Go to any other location instead of this one. I placed an order in store and the employee who helped me wasn’t properly trained or just didn’t care. I proceeded to order multiple sandwiches, and she told me to order one large sandwich instead. Also, their delivery driver was wearing a beer T-shirt, which to me is not very professional from a corporate franchise standpoint. If it weren’t for the food I would leave this location negative stars.
