The employees and their service at this location have always been great. They’re always nice and accommodating. It’s unfortunate the sandwich quality has really gone down since I first started ordering from here 2 years ago. I’m not sure if it’s a corporate level thing or just this location, but the sizes and portions are usually really skimping. Their willingness to make up for mistakes is something I respect though.

Delivery is freaky slow. This is the third time that it’s taken 40+ minutes to get my delivery, has surpassed my lunch break, and I have to go back to work without eating. Store is 0.2 miles from my location. Don’t waste your time.

This was my 1st time ever ordering from JIMMY JOHN'S, the Area Manager Ms. Christian was here serving, taking orders, bagging food and making sure all customers was treated with respect.nI want to say just because of the way she treated me and my food was a 20+.nI will not be eating Subway for awhile now.nThank you Christian for a EXCELLENT job well done.

I fee like every time I order here I’m consistently disappointed. Why can they NEVER get an order right? Why does it always take an hour to get here? I live two blocks away. More than half the time they forget the drink, or forget to cut the sandwich in half when I ask. So simple. Such little things. Everywhere else I order from can be consistent. Is it the POS system they work with? Are they forgetting to check orders before they go out? Are they understaffed? I truly don’t understand. Anyways. One star.

The worst service and delivery times for this place. Freaky Fast Deliver my @ss. Don't waste your time with delivery, better yet go somewhere else to enjoy a sandwich. I ordered at 12:45pm on a Tuesday. At 2:22PM still no sandwich.
