I honestly enjoyed the dishes and service, fantastic location to my apartment. The employees are always kind. I highly recommend this place.

When moving into some apartments nearby, I was SO excited to have this place close. I ordered my go to meal at any Thai place (papaya salad) and got some spring rolls as well. The spring roll wrappers tasted old and hard, the filling was pretty bland, but the kicker was that the papaya salad tasted like it had gone bad.. It smelled weird too. I ate a few bites, and felt sick the rest of the night. I wound up throwing out the food, which was a waste of a decent amount of money (not super cheap) and just disappointing all around. I will not be going back. :(

The food was greasy, extremely greasy, not to mention it wasn’t warm. I ordered a Tom Kha soup, the veggies tasted freezer burnt, and I won’t get started on the broth because you and I would be be sick again. Anyways let’s move pineapple fried rice I got. NASTY. extremely greasy , but some how the rice was hard like it was almost old. Never again. The chai taste like water. It’s really just an all around, curbside, delivery, the customer service all of it was horrendous. I couldn’t even the food to the dog to eat. Even the dog turned its nose up.

COCKROACH FOUND IN FOOD. I have been eating/ordering from here for years (along with many MANY coworkers at the hospital) and have always had a decent experience. Until yesterday. I ordered 3 entrées along with an appetizer. We all ate half to most of our meals when my coworker found a cockroach in her pineapple fried rice!! I called Thai 2 Go immediately and the unprofessional staff member offered to remake that entree. Of course my coworker was not about to eat anything else from there. I asked if I could have just that entree alone comp'd from my bill (I wasn't even asking for my entire bill to be reimbursed) however, she stated the only thing they could do was give me store credit. Why would I order from there again and chance finding another critter in my food????? I have already spread the word and will continue to do so. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else. You won't be getting your money back. Eat at your own risk.
