David always provides me with Excellent Customer Service. I visit this Domino's a few times each month as David and his Team are Outstanding! Today he remade a Pizza for me! Please tell me where else you can find this type of Great Customer Care? Kindly visit David along with his Team at this location. I Guarantee that you will have a phenomenal customer experience equal to or greater than mine!
Best domino’s location I’ve ever been to. Have ordered from here like 20x and never had a bad pie.
It’s been almost three hours since we placed our order. When we called to check on the order, the gentleman said “it should be on its way” and hung up with out asking of any information. So we called back in a few minutes and the same person said it would take 1-2 hours because they have only 3 drivers working and hung up. I called back immediately to ask for a cancellation or pick up and the guy said it’s canceled and hung up. Naturally, I called back again since I didn’t receive any cancellation confirmation nor did he take any of my information. I asked if I could pick up my pizza if it was ready, since they didn’t have enough drivers and I was told to “come on down” and he hung up, AGAIN! While we understand there are busy days, we expected better communication. We will NEVER be ordering from here. We ended up getting ifratelli’s instead, rest assured they delivered on time! There are better pizza places around, save yourself the hassle of dealing with this place.
We called for a simple pizza for delivery and never receive our order. Several hours later, we phoned back to ask for an update. The staff and manager were rude and condescending and then hang up on us. Will never go to this place ever again. Dominos should be ashamed to allow such a place to open. Go to this place at your own risk. ZERO star!
These guys killed it during the big winter storm. I had a specialty order and they killed. Don’t go anywhere else for your pizza needs!!! Big shout to sidikat she rocked!!
