Customer service was amazing. First time we’ve ever been and they welcomed us in, helped us pick out our meals. They were very patient while we took a few minutes to make a decision on what we wanted. We ended up getting a limited time special. 2 for $24. Went on a Thursday around 7:30pm it wasnt very busy. The food tasted fresh and amazing. The ladies working there is really what will bring us back. Being from St. Louis we don’t usually come by such southern hospitality. Thank you ladies! 5 stars for the business & 5 stars for the BBQ
The two.wonderfully fun women who took my take-out order and packaged up dinner tonight did a great job for Dickie's on Wycliffe. Good food is one thing, but making it fun wad an unexpected bonus. 'Great job, you two!
I very much enjoyed the dishes and customer service, awesome location very close to my residence. The workers are always very kind. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best Dickeys location in the Dallas area. The staff are AWESOME and super friendly. The food is consistent and good. Tonight their credit card payment machine was broken and they gave me a free meal instead of sending me away because they recognized me as a regular customer. As someone new to Dallas this really speaks volumes and they’ve sold me as a permanent customer. So go check them out!!
