I am extremely happy with this dealership. They listened to my needs and found me the perfect car. I've had it for just over a year now. I love my car and every service visit has been excellent. The place is always very clean and friendly. COVID protections are observed.

I Would like to Say that I wish I never went to Dan Obrien Kia and Would of came Here first!. I want to big Up Bri and Dakota for being an amazing team. I finace a car here and they went way above n beyond for me. Drove me and hour in a half to help me get my situation situated not only that they Customer Service is A1. I was soo happy n I'm Still soo happy. I would recommend anyone to come here. MY REVIEW IS REAL YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHO I AM FOLLOW ME ON FB COOKIE'S KITCHEN!.. NASHUA KIA U HAVE MY 100% vote that yall are Amazing in all aspects.

I went looking for a Kia Soul in MA at different dealers. They were all trying to sell me what they had on the lot. I was in New Hampshire when I stopped in Nashua Kia. I was just looking around to see what they had in stock.nYuri came over to assist me and to show me around. Once he knew what I was looking for. He showed me the Soul EX in his show room. Went for a test ride and like it very much. Yuri worked with me and made that car a reality.nI enjoy driving my new car and would recommend speaking to Yuri at Nashua KIA.

Our salesman, John, was great. He made the experience enjoyable by displaying positive energy and a great sense of humor. But like others have experienced, everything after that was a bit difficult. The buying process was pretty seamless, however the car had yet to be detailed, so the manager told us to simply come back over the weekend, with no appointment needed. Well, an appointment was definitely needed, because what was supposed to be a 45 minute appointment, left us waiting for over three hours. We also needed the second key to our new car, which they could not find. They had us drive to the Chevy dealership, telling us the key was there, only to find it was right back at the service department at Kia. It seems like they have an internal communication problem that needs to be ironed out.

This is my first Kia and I was super nervous about buying a new car especially since buying my last car at Ford did not go so well. I was anticipating the sales team to be rude and try and take advantage of me but what I found at Kia Nashua was completely different. My sales rep was Bri and I believe she could tell how nervous I was and how I was treated in the past she took such good care of me. She made sure that every question was answered and provided me with all the documentation needed. I left the lot very happy.
