Prices could be lower but it was fast and easy.
I have had a few experiences with this service and a couple times the keys did not work at all. I like the ease and convenience of not having to wait on someone to finally stroll up to the key machine to help you. I will say that both times I was refunded relatively swiftly, but that doesn't give me my time and effort back. I will more than likely choose another alternative in the future for getting copies made.
I had left my truck key at home and called key me to come to my work place to make a spare key, took over an hour to get there after being told that the tech would be there within an hour. Then within 20 min after I called the 2nd time it still took him 30 min to get there.
Staff informed me that this kiosk is no longer functional after I spent 15 minutes trying to make it work
Tried to call and get a quote and they hung up on me after I didnt give my cell number, why
