I only used a kiosk to make a couple copies of my key, and it was super convenient and easy to do. I think the price is adequate for the service and will use the machine again in the future.
Absolutely terrible experience. Seemed as if they would send someone immediately, but it took multiple hours to get someone on site. Was referred to a secondary vendor and the locksmith said he was 20 minutes away. In reality, it took him over an hour due to a “flat tire”. After 20 minutes I began calling him but he did not answer and had no voicemail...called him 10 times before getting a call back. He told KeyMe he was already on site after 20 minutes, but when I finally spoke to him he apparently had a car accident. Worst locksmith experience I have EVER had.
