Highly recommend this dealership. Nick was an absolute joy to work with, he was very helpful and very responsive. When we asked questions that required a bit of research, he was timely and accurate in his information. He did not pressure us, but really wanted to know what we wanted. Nick listened and understood what we were looking for and helped us from there. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent customer service from all angles in the service department. Chris H. is a helpful, efficient and friendly service advisor that makes the check in and check out process seamless! As a customer that typically is only in for routine maintenance, my recent appointment was for an acute issue, and the communication from the service team was invaluable. Mechanic, Dan H., was exceptional at showcasing his expertise, with speedy service and was able to describe the issue and remedy in terms that even I could understand. Happy to say it solidifies my choice to invest in Volvo!

I recently purchased my 5th Volvo from this dealership. I have been a customer there for 20+ years and have never been disappointed. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to deal with. I’ve utilized their service department exclusively and have never had a problem. Work was always accomplished quickly and efficiently. My sales experience with Richard Johnson was great. I can recommend him and the dealership highly if you are in the market for a car.

I recently purchased a 2020 XC60 at Lovering and the experience was wonderful! Nick McIntyre was knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the process. I was allowed to take my time with the decision without ever feeling like I was being pressured. Lovering understands buying a new vehicle is a big decision and gives you the space you need. The entire experience with Nick and the team at Lovering was great! I love my new car!

This is our 4th Volvo and we have always purchased and serviced our cars at Lovering Volvo. The customer service we receive is always top notch and this last visit was no different. Tyler Smith greeted me when I arrived, supplied me with a great loaner car and addressed my current concern. When I picked up my car the work was explained to me, and a follow up call from Tyler the next day just to confirm our satisfaction with the service. We appreciate the time and attention we received at Lovering Volvo.
