I'm Black and had a lead position until a Hispanic got hired and gave him the position a week after being hired. This guy quit on the company 3 times and still had his same position, while I was still at entry level. I've quit twice. Second time I quit because I was force to work a shift I didn't initially apply for, for the sake of a supervisor own personal business and need that's not related to work. I'm not racist but this company is in favor of Hispanics.
I worked for them at Eastfield although I loved my job the site manager wasn’t very nice and they don’t do eVerify which makes more then half of the people there are Are you legal to work in the United States and not only that the Because of them I quit reported it to Human Resources but seems like everyone knows about the problem and just made me hate going to work
