Darrell was wonderful. He was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond. The job initially appeared to be very straightforward — however, due to the wiring of my home, ended up being more complicated. Darrell could have told me that we’d have to try again later but he brainstormed and created an improvised solution that worked perfectly. I am thrilled we went with Mr. Electric and even more happy that it was Darrell who assisted us.nnThe definition of 5-star worthy service.

We know from past experience that electric work can be a bit pricey especially when the electrician has to install lighting where there are no existing light fixtures. We were super excited about the new customer discount Mr. Electric gave us as first time customers!!! Our technician was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions without pressuring us to sign on. He did a great job installing our new over-the-bar pendant lighting. The only way to make the experience better would have been to avoid having to have the extra cut out that's covered with the plate but alas, it is what it is. All and all great work and we love the finished product!

Mr. Electric of Dallas service was great I give them a thumbs up. I received a text picture of the person who was coming to my house. He was very professional. The tech repaired a plug and replaced wiring in my hot water heater. Also checked my breaker box. I'm very pleased with Mr. Electric of Dallas service.

Phil was exactly the man I needed. He walked me through the options on installing a back-up generator and gave me all the information I needed to decide. He was on time for the installation and it works perfectly. He took the time to go through the things that we can run and even tested the max load this system can handle. He did not just do what I asked, he made sure I understood the system and the safety precautions. Thanks again Phil. Great job!

They were available quickly for a fix just in time for our event. Staff was professional and friendly. Pricing was a bit higher than I expected but it was worth having them come quickly and fix it promptly
