I took four kids from ages 4-11 and they all had a blast!nnThe nature trail was beautiful with: picnic tables, benches, fountains, natural playground and easy to follow trail and a cute snake house!nnThe inside of the facility: bathrooms are clean, the gift shop is cute and the butterfly house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL.nnWe're definitely coming back in a few weeks to when the flowers are blooming.

I've been in Texas for a while and I didn't know about it, but what a surprise. It was really nice the butterfly house is pretty cool. You have butterflies flying all over you, you can definitely take some good pics there. And they also have gardens where you can walk at. It's very peaceful and pleasant to look at. The people that work there were very kind and helpful.

It was something fun to do just to get the kids out of the house. It was $20 for myself and my two kids to see the butterfly exhibit and walk around the small garden area... if I had prepared better I would have brought food to have a picnic as well... We had a good time. However don't expect much more than being able to walk around see some turtles and chillax for a little bit.

Great learning experience for children as well as adults.. I loved the Shakespeare garden and taking pictures with the beautiful cicada wings.nThe snake house was creepy, thank God for the cages because those snakes are staring back unafraid.nnThe information plaques throughout are a nice touch and there is an abundance of seating areas outside.nnThe exhibits inside of the building are filled with little critters including Beetles, frogs and my new favorite the smiling Axolotl!nnThe gift shop has great prices on souvenirs, informational games, and framed specimens.nnThank you for an awesome experience!! ud83dudc1bud83eudd8b

My family and I were visiting from Michigan. We wanted a to see some local attractions this place is beautiful. It was pretty empty I’m guessing due to Covid so we had the place to ourselves. The outdoor garden is breathtaking. The staff is really sweet and helpful. My kids loved see the butterflies In the butterfly house. My son loved the snake house. Huge play structure for kids too.
