This store needs to be revamped or just shut down. Every.single.time. my order is incorrect, I stopped ordering chain pizza but my boyfriend was really craving dominos so I had to give them a chance being closer the the 303 location (who won't deliver cz s. Carrier is closer). I received someone else's good upon contact less delivery, phones were busy and had to drive up, all they did was offer me a free item or refund my delivery fees. I won't use this place again so why would I want a $10 credit on a $42 order??? Shut em down!

I ordered my food at the 10pm and i used the tracker on the website, it said delivered but I DIDNT GET MY FOOD! I paid for it and everything! I tried to call the store but its closed now, its 1 AM and i have no food and i paid for a meal i didn’t receive. Absolutely horrible.. would rate 0 stars if i could!

I purchased 2 large pizzas and wings and when my husband came home I checked it and the pizzas were suppose to be hand tossed and they were flat and hard and the wings looked plain with a drizzle of Buffalo sauce on some of them and no sauce that was suppose to come with it so I contacted the store and was told by the employee that answered the phone that they did not have large pizzas so they had to make the medium pizzas into large ones so it would make sense why they looked like they did but when I told her they are charging for product they are not providing she put on the shift manager Robert who said he would refund back 30.00 of the 46.77 I paid but when I checked my account he did not refund so I have now gone to corporate due to selling people something you are not getting is false advertisement and morally wrong. I also have photos of this. We just wanted some kind of warm meal since we have been dealing with the power outages and being cold this is what we get. NOT EXCEPTABLE!!

Tonight's order was done by Miguel and delivered by Erika. I am so pleased that everything was made correctly and on top of the customer service Erika provided. I am unwell and she left a kind note in my bag to get well soon. The smallest gesture plays such a huge impact and I thank you ERIKA for that. The Carrier location has always been my to-go for pizza. Thank you all.

Worst service ever!!!nnCalled order for delivery and an hour later after being told 20-30 minutes I called THEM to see what’s going on. They tell me they couldn’t find my order for 10 mins then get with someone who tells me they cancelled my order.nThe reason is because the new guy didn’t think they delivered to my address.nIt’s exactly 8 minutes away.nnNo apologies or anything. Just a yeah it happens often.nnHorrible service!
