Pizza Hut

We've never had any real issues with this location up til a few days ago. We ordered a stuff crust pizza and what we got was raw stuffed crust. What we did remove from the crust was enough to compact and stick to wall like spit ball.

They fired me due to my disability. I'm epileptic and the managers named Mike and Tanya left me in the store to go out and smoke every 5-10 seconds knowing I can't be around sharp objects in case of an episode. Also, they aren't wearing gloves when they make your items, they are dipping their hands in the ingredients. Just be careful.

Update: Ordered pizza online a few weeks ago and a little while later I got a call telling me they were no longer taking orders even though it was an hour before closing. To make it seem like the order was completed when it wasn't, the lady told me she put a credit of $25 on my account for next time. I even got a survey the next day asking how it was and I just repeated i didn't receive it. I just called to order and to my surprise (sarcasm) the credit wasn't showing and the assistant manager told me he could only give me $20 and that the lady who gave me the $25 credit wasn't authorized to do so. I'm done with Pizza Hut due to the lack of consistency, inaccurate deliveries, and unprofessionalism. I do not recommend Pizza Hut period and certainly don't recommend this specific location.nnOriginal Review: Went to order delivery online and was really excited as delivery area must have changed and this location showed up. Used to be the Pizza Hut on Broad which sucked and took forever so placed an order with this location and it said it would take 2+ hours! I was hoping it wasn't true so checked the status 30 minutes later and it was still 2+ hours. I called and there were still 2 orders ahead of me to be made so I cancelled the order. I do not understand why the Pizza Huts in this area suck so bad!! Ordered from a competitor and got my pizza in less then 30 minutes. I have tried several times to order from Pizza Hut and each time proves to be an unpleasant experience so I give up. If I want Pizza Hut that bad, I'll go to the one inside Target!

Usually we like Pizza Hut, but tonight the pizza barely had any ingredients on it. We ordered sausage, mushrooms, and onions. My slice only had one tiny sliver of a piece of onion and a piece of a mushroom. We are very disappointed.

Service was slow and rude, after waiting 20+ minutes I received a, at best, mediocre pizza
