Today I order a pizza at 3pm. At 4:10pm I decided to call and see what the status of my pizza was. The manager “Ryan” said that they had canceled and refunded our money due to traffic from Traders Village. I ask why no one informed us and he said that they attempted to call everyone but it was too many people. I stated that this was crazy they don’t even have to go that way to get to us a straight path and not even 5 minutes away and the fact that we have been waiting for and hour and 15 minutes for food and NO contact. I said so do we need to order our good and again or come pick it up. He told me we would have to order again and then hung up. I Called him back and asked why he hung up in my face if he said that I have to order my food again and he stated that I took to long to say anything so of course he was going to hang up.Then I ask for corporate number and he told me I can Google it I’ll go look on the website and that’s all the information that he had for me.Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Ryan Didn’t offer to reading take out order or anything he needs to Work on his customer service skills.

Ordered using the app. Was easy and fast. I arrived early and sat in vehicle. Food was delivered without issues. Polite server.

Placed an order for carry out and wasn't informed they weren't able to complete the order until I called while waiting outside. The guy said he called to inform me but surprise surprise, there were no missed calls. The last time their phone number showed up on my phone was SEPTEMBER and it was an outbound call. Unprofessional

THE ABSOLUTE WORST Pizza hut to order delivery from PLEASE let me save you the time to not deliver Pizza from here I've experienced 2 bad deliveries from here and I promise you I will not make the mistake again. The first time we did a delivery I did not receive a Pizza the WHOLE night. It wasn't until the next day where we had to go to the store and talk with the manager to get us our Pizza. And now we we got a pretty much stale Pizza that was barely warm and felt as if they had been holding it the whole 1 hour and 30 minutes we waited. But they didn't deliver until we had to call and see what was going on. (Its a Monday they shouldn't have many deliveries) on top of that we ordered a cookie and instead we got brownies. great! This is unacceptable how poorly managed this place is. Never ordering from here again

Always super slow. ALWAYS. Don't go by the tracker they give you it is at least an hour slow. No matter what time of day or what day it is. The Dominoes pizza across the street is slow as hell as well. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
