If I could give them less stars I would leave them less. Ordered for delivery on 3 different occasions to give the place the benefit of the doubt and all 3 times the orders were wrong. I love Jimmy John's but this location has employees that must not be able to read because the order goes through, they look at the receipt and they make you whatever THEY feel like making you. What a waste of time waiting and money. If you're looking for a good Jimmy John's go to the one on medical district Dr. They literally give you everything you want and MORE!!!!!

I love Jimmy Johns of Grand Prairie. I got the pleasure to speak with the owner today and he was such a great person to talk to while waiting for my order which came out “freaky fast” even with orders coming in like crazy for them. I didn’t catch her name but the manager is amazing as well. She has such a great attitude and the staff exceeds our expectations of customer service with every visit. Great food, great people, I recommend to everyone I know!

Absolutely the WORST delivery and customer service imaginable. In excess of an hour and 20 minutes for a single sub delivery.had to call on 2 occasions to see if they were still going to deliver.was after being told there were 5 other deliveries in front of mine on one trip.Should be very very embarrassed about their performance.do not order from here!! Negative stars if possible. Was told I could get a discount on my next purchase.why would I give such an operation a chance to screw me over a second time? No thanks J.J..my last order EVER.nUPDATE after 2 1/2 hours of waiting resigned to the fact that they just weren't going to deliver.as sad as that is.i guess that's how they operate.good job jimmy johns!never received food or a call telling me to go screw myself.oh well.lesson well learned.

Delicious. I've never eaten here before but now that I know you can get ANY sandwich in a lettuce wrap, I'll be going back! The spicy Italian is awesome!

Tried to support local businesses. Wife had never been to one so I suggested we give them a try. Wife goes in and ask for a big turkey. They didnt ask her about the size or options. The staff acted like they did not care or like they had something better to do. When she got home and told me I called and asked to speak to the manager. Leadership affects results and this was the case. Whatever her name was demonstrated what my wife said the staff acted like and behaved as such. Do not waste your time. Do not visit.
