Was very upset the keys didn't come out of the machine because I needed them that day but they arrived in just a few days and we're top quality keys. Yes I recommend!
So easy and quick. Just walked into Kroger, found the machine, put my key in, the machine read my key and made a new one in just a few minutes.
I did not receive services. I called and requested a technician. When I didn't get a call back after I was told a technician would call me, I called the company back asking for an update and was told they didn't have a technician in my area. I told the rep why wasn't I notified about it, but instead kept waiting, the rep hung up the call without answering my question. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.nnAfter their response: No thank you. I discovered my dealership charges less than half for the same service... plus a free car wash. I'll gladly pass on your services.
I called to get a quote on how much it would cost to have a key made. The person I spoke to couldn't give me a price, I was told that the price was the decision of the tech who cut the key. I didn't realize that this is a mobile key service, so I understand that it will cost more because the person will come to me, but when I asked if I could get some kind of idea of what it would cost I was told that anywhere from 100 to 200 dollars. That's way overpriced.
Awesome and professional service, Jordan was the service man called out. It was rainy cold night, he came through and was able to quickly unlock my door. Definitely recommend.
