I wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU to Stacy Patton, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our closing today. My wife and I have a done a couple of closings before and by far, this has been the easiest one we have ever done. Stacy was on top of it, from ordering payoff quotes to making sure we were ready for closing date, she was even flexible enough to accelerate the closing a few days earlier since we were ready earlier than expected. Thank you again, we will be telling everybody how great this service one and recommending this Title Company to our friends and family.

Great experience working with Stacy Patton at Allegiance. From start to close, she was an amazing support. During closing, she went above and beyond to ensure we were able to finalize our transaction after many obstacles that were outside both of our control. This is the exceptional type of service one hopes for.

I just wanted to give a shout out and a big thank you to Stacy Patton, who worked exceptionally hard to get my client's sale to the finish line. Through a pandemic and a lost/delayed FedEx package with original documents needed for funding, we got this sale closed and the sellers can now get to their next dream home. I had not used this Allegiance location before, but I would most definitely use them again. Great job!
