I called them and they said the taxi would be there in 45 min but never showed. tried calling back but no one answered. worst company by far
I should've walked. I requested service. The guy came and demanded money upfront. I asked got a flat rate he pulls out his phone after arguing. Thr van stunk. he wad rude af. We almost fought. He drove reckless as hell. He almost got lost all while using GPS. First and last time for me. Please people run far away from this company. I would rather walk.
Tried to get a ride for our neighbor starting at 1030 for pickup at 11 never came called them 4 times and now it's 2 and still no service. Never use them.
Horrible. I work for a business and we needed to call a client a taxi. They stated they would be here within 10 minutes, our customer waited in our place of business nearly 2 hours. We called them back to get an ETA, extremely unprofessional and hung up on one of my employees. I would NOT recommend this service at all!
Perfect Service. Fast and comfortable ride. It was affordable as well! I will use them again on my next visit.
