Stopped here on way home from a trip. Food was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The sweet lady at the front was so kind and checked to see if we had everything we needed. If we come back out that way again, we will definitely stop and eat again.
Bruce was so fast, easy and polite!! ESP out in this cold weather. everything was contactless and he made me feel very at ease doing so!! we need more like Bruce :)
Terrible customer service. Ordered delivery, part of our order was missing (just some breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, and sauces) and the driver ignored the contactless request. It happens, I’m not too miffed about that. Called the store to get it fixed. The workers that answered the phone just kept giggling and taking turns putting me on hold. Called back and asked for a manager, and Shelly answered. I just told her part of our order was missing. She hung up on me. Called back and she said the driver would bring what was missing and hung up. Overall, very disappointed with their customer service. I’m new and town and normally stick to pizza hut and getting delivery, but looks like that’s changing.
Great place used to eat here a lot when my son's were little boys
Wrong pizza came. Trying to correct this error by phone is a nightmare. Love pizza hut deep pan pizza but will never do delivery again with the Gainesville Tx establishment. My son had to drive there to correct thier mistake.
