The WORST experience. Seriously. When I asked for lean brisket the guy working (Tracy) told me I was gonna have to take what they have because it was already chopped.ud83dude32 What the What? Am I At a barbecue restaurant....? When the manager came out (Will) he was on the phone and had No interest in hearing me tell him about Tracy. Interrupted me several times etc. Rude AF basically. The Third employee wasn't rude but did decide to make the sandwich before putting fries in that take 3 minutes...ud83eudd14 So not Purposefully rude, just inconsiderate with no ability to put themselves in the shoes of the customer. An imperative ability working customer service....ud83dude11

I Love Dickey’s however this particular location is not a good experience on any level. The man working the front counter is annoyed by customers. Additionally, the sliced brisket tasted like salty beef jerky served on a stale bun. The last sandwich I had from Whitesboro was awesome it’s a shame they closed.

I absolutely love coming here. My usual guy; Randy was out today. Randy's awesome! His customer service skills are way above average. He's friendly, polite and well mannered. He knows exactly what I want and how I want it and I feel at home because he talks my ear off while I eat. I feel like I'm sitting on my sofa at home with friends. I got to meet Sam from corporate today. She's great. Very friendly young lady. Tracey waited on me today. What a sweet young man. Excellent customer service skills. Polite, soft spoken, well mannered. I just love coming here. These people are fabulous! It's a little pricey at $14 a meal, but soooo worth it! You won't walk away hungry! And the food is the best I've had so far! Thank you for an awesome experience today. I'll see y'all next time. Keep up the good work! I told Sam they need to keep Randy, well, y'all need to keep Tracey, too! These guys are the best!

Place was really clean, I'll give it that. The waffle fries were great, hot and freshly made. The pulled pork was ok, was a little dry. Price is pretty high for the quality and the quantity.

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service aspect of my visit.nnWhich is sad because I use to work at a dickeys BBQ and customer service were on par with the quality of our meats.nnThe only person there was washing dishes in the back and had headphones in. He had his back towards me and would not respond to me, maybe his headphones were turned up too high?nnThe dining area looked very clean.nnAfter I had placed my order the gentleman working there proceeded to prepare my westerner sandwich.nI could tell he did not want to be there.nHe didn't ask me if I wanted pickles and onions on my sandwich, nor did he cut my westerner in half. (I was trained to cut the westerners in half at a 45° angle, aonce makes it easier to dip in the BBQ sauce cup they provide)nnThis is not at all what I've come to expect from great texas BBQ.nn2 starts because at least the dining area was clean.
