We had a great experience while looking for a car at Fiuza. Marcos treated us super well and was always available to answer our questions even after our visit. Unfortunately, the car we were looking at needed some repairs that exceeded the amount we were willing to spend on it. That's when we experienced first-hand the integrity and customer first approach that Fiuza has for its clients. They understood our decision, and treated us as well as they would have if we had actually bought the car from them. Although we did not do business with them at this time, I would definitely consider them in the future. I highly recommend Marcos. He is the best!
So first off I never once got the impression of a used cars sales person and I’m shocked at how great the experience was for us buying a vehicle from them. They listened, never pushed and they were genuinely helpful in helping us find what worked for our needs. There’s no incentive with leaving a good or bad review. I didn’t understand exactly why it was so relaxed and genuine until we actually selected a vehicle and went in and read their wall. All sales people there are paid a flat commission for each car no matter the price of the vehicle. I know because we bought a 5K van. Not super exciting but needed for sure. I would feel comfortable sending our daughter who’s almost 18 here for her first experience in buying a car. That should speak volumes to those shopping. We will return in the future. Chris Almeida helped us and he was present when we needed him and yet back off as we needed to talk about the pros and cons. In fact he gave us total control over the sales experience. Thank you all for how you conduct biz! Chris has been there for 13 yrs too which I’ve never met a used car sales man with the same company for so long and he’s not the boss, which he expressed he’s happy where he is and enjoys the job even though it’s hard at times. I would recommend them hands down!
Very happy with Fiuza sales experience and especially their mechanic services. Every item I pointed out during my test drive was addressed and even items I noticed soon after. They were always friendly and took the time to resolve the issue with exactness. It is comforting to know my children will be driving a car that is mechanically sound!
Been looking for a 4Runner for a couple months and finally came across one online. Way better condition and lower mileage than any private or dealer in the area. Worked with cris who made everything super simple. Definitely worth checking out
Very impressed! Was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but decided to give Fiuza Motors a try. Contacted Andres and asked him to set aside a car for us, so that my husband and I could drive down the next day. Upon arrival he simply asked for a copy of my driver's license and let us take the car for a test drive, for as long as we wanted. Upon returning, he was very laid back when asking about our thoughts. We decided to purchase and throughout the entire process Andres was very relaxed and we did not feel pressured AT ALL. Most pleasant experience with a cars salesman we have ever had. The car is in amazing condition and they made sure to fix everything we asked, before we drove it home. 10/10 experience, would go back again!
