For years I ordered here and was always satisfied but the last year and 1/2 it has extremely disappointed me. We order out a lot (at least 3 days a week) and we try all the different places around town. This weekend I ordered a 2 way fish plate with scallops and I got 2 tiny fish nuggets (literally 3 inches by 3 inches) and 5 extremely overcooked scallops and a plate of bland rice for over $20, come on man! WTH! I know how hard 2020 has been on people but the one thing it has not been hard on is the pizza places because everyone is trying so hard to support local. They rush you off the phone and delivery can be over an hour which either means they are very busy or very understaffed. I am sorry to say that was my last order and I really used to love this place.
Waited an hour and a half for delivery. Called them they said they would be right there. Waited another 1/2 hour and they said they delivered it. They delivered to wrong address and said they handed it to someone? Not surprising they got the wrong address as they didn't sound interested in listening when I called them. Now have to wait a couple days for refund. Wont be ordering there again.
Very disappointed with the management and with the customer service. I will never order here again. Every time I order here they mess my order up or forget something. This place has some very poor management and customer service plain and simple.
I used to enjoy ordering takeout from here.nNow, not so much.nThe girl who answers the phone is always extremely rude. She acts as if she is doing me a favor by taking my order.nShe cut me off multiple times during our call, and hung up before I could ask for a total.nThe staff is poorly trained.
