Small dealership, top notch quality. No games or negotiations, the car will sale itself.
Friendly and caring from first time you meet them, to when you leave. They took interest into the whole family. They took more time to make sure both my wife and I was happy with choices with no pressure or manipulations. Good connections and experience. The sale could be as fast as you want it. They say they can do paper work in 15 minutes, and I believe it. I was more like two hours for me trying to decide what rate, tires, warranty, etc that I wanted. This small dealership exceeded my expectations compared to large dealerships. Worked with 3 employees, all deserve 5 stars.
They only had 4 trucks to look at and all was better than large dealer inventory. They select cars that people want to buy.
They never asked in any way about getting a good review. This is a true five star experience.

There was no pressure to buy and Austin @ America Auto Group also addressed my concerns before buying and help to resolve them which allowed me to get the vehicle I wanted. Austin has been great to work with and a month after my purchase he has still been willing to answer questions I have had, and has helped when I have called for additional support for other things I have wanted to add to the vehicle. It was a great experience for me, I would gladly buy another vehicle from Austin @ America Auto Group and recommend them to others.
