We've been in Jacksonville for over 3 years and since pizza is the only delivery, probably get pizza once a month (no shame). In all that time, they've only messed up our order twice (and on typically busy days like New Years Eve and when we accidentally ordered on Super Bowl Sunday). There's been one consistent delivery driver, Nolan, who is fantastic. I won't necessarily say the food is great, it's pizza, but their service and being one of the few delivery places certainly makes up for it.

My experience with Pizza Hut is one evening I ordered a large Supreme Pizza a chocolate chip cookie and a 2 liter drink. It took over two hours for the delivery driver to deliver my order to me. When I called Pizza Hut in Jacksonville the worker I talked to about how long it was taken my order to arrive. Of course he apologized and said when the delivery driver gets there to tell him to give me a discount or give it to me for free. When the delivery driver finally got here after two hours he said he could not give me a discount or give it to me for free. He called the office and the employee who I talked to lied and said they didn’t tell me to tell the driver to give me a discount or give it to me for a free. I was very hurt and upset for having to wait for over two hours and did not get compensated for it as promised. I had been a longtime PizzaHut customer for many many years.
Great food, Great service. Different manager.
