Awesome cars and bought my first car here. Would recommend to everyone. Staff’s are cool very kind and nice. The owner of CJ is very nice guy. Awesome to be in business with him. I’m very thankful found it here on KSL. No credit card no problem you’ll get your car

The staff was very kind and easy to talk with also very helpful and understanding and they don't make you feel rushed or pressured into anything some very laid back people and the owner is a great man very kind as well dosen't beat around the bush and is straight forward with you and will walk you through everything as well as educate you very easy to work with and talk to and the man has some great jokes to brighten up a bad day.

Short Version: I bought a car from here just over a year ago. This was probably my best experience ever buying a car. This was the first time I have purchased a car from a dealer. Long version: I was looking for a car and saw what I thought to be a good deal on KSL so I called to see if the car was still available; it was. I went over with my family to look at the car. Once inside the reception area the receptionist invited us to sit and wait while they got the car ready. One of the first things she said was that it would probably cost about $1000 more than the listing price because of various dealership fees, registration fees, taxes, etc. That was not a huge surprise to me but it was nice to be told that out of the gate so the final price was not a huge surprise. Eventually they got the car ready for me and I drove it around the block a few times. When I came back, I found my boys (1 and 3 years old) playing with the owner of the dealership (Leo I think). I had not met him at that time but my boys were having a blast. Leo had made paper airplanes and they we were throwing them around. The receptionist was playing with my boys as well. Leo gave me and my wife time to discuss while they continued to entertain my kids. I felt no pressure at all to buy the car and when I did talk to Leo, he was very candid about everything. He was not encouraging me or discouraging me from buying the car. He let me know the issues with the car. Eventually my wife and I did decide to buy it. It took a while to setup and sign all the paperwork but during that whole time they continued to entertain my family and make us feel comfortable. When all was said and done I walked out of the door with a car. I didn't have to go to the DMV and get it registered or anything like that (having always previously only purchased from private sellers this was a treat for me). It has been over a year since I purchased my car and my car has been running great and is my favorite car I have ever owned. I still vividly remember the experience of buying the car and how pleasant it was. Also, I felt that I got a good deal on the car. Some notes (and possible points of criticism): - I found the post for my car on KSL. I am pretty sure when I was searching for it I excluded dealerships (maybe not... it was a year ago). From the posting it was mostly obvious it was a dealership but there definitely could be some confusion there.... the listed price was much lower than what I was expecting to pay but a lot of that I would have had to pay if I was paying from a private party anyhow. - The car was really quite dirty when I bought it (they don't clean the cars). Also, the office was not super fancy. Both of these aspects I don't mind, and actually kind of like. It means I am not paying for a lot of overhead when I purchase the car. - They were upfront about the problems the car had. A year later and the only problems my car has are the ones they mentioned (they were all fairly simple fixes that I was able to do myself).

Cars are dirty, packed in, the car we wanted to look at had a dead battery., had to hunt down someone to help us. The plus side it was easy to see year mileage and find price.
