This place a the biggest ripoff...DO NOT go to them!!!! Put $$ down on vehicle and asked if they'd hold it for almost a month until I could come up with a cash payment. We agreed $5000 out the door. When I went to give them the cash - they told me they found out heater coil needed replacing and wanted to charge me another $700. They would not honor their original agreement. After splitting the cost with them - I purchased. Upon driving jeep off lot it took the heater about 30 min to warm up.,..I thought was odd....told them about it...within 5 days of having jeep...it wouldn't start - heater still not working - and then radiator became extremely hot...told them about it...told me to get a tow truck and bring to shop... was told it was probably a head gasket...Frustrated because they'd never return phone calls - I got upset...they told me I had 'blown' it... to come and get my vehicle - they would do nothing for me at this point. Took to two different mechanics and they both told me that the jeep was having head gasket problems when I purchased it - the first indicator was the heater not working. RIP OFF!!!!!

They have cars. They seem pretty good but I've not purchased from them.

We bought a 4wd vehicle from them in March and in less than a week the transmission light came on. We tried to treat the symptom but eventually had to have the transmission rebuilt (over $4000 on a vehicle that cost $6000). Although this was disappointing, Leo did what he could and gave us back a couple hundred dollars which is all the profit they made from the sale. What a potential buyer needs to understand is that they do a volume business, selling vehicles they have acquired from elsewhere with little background or history. The vehicles may have issues that won't show up right away but be assured that if it is known and serious, they will push the vehicle to an auto auction rather than sell it off the lot. If you want a vehicle with a papered history, go to Carmax (and pay 2 or 3 times as much). Also, be sure to review consumer reports - if I had, I would have seen that the model and year of vehicle we bought has chronic transmission problems and I probably would have kept looking. These guys really are great to work with; Leo is especially personable, made the whole process easy and the paperwork was done within an hour and we were on our way. Keep in mind that their whole business is no pressure - in fact if they are busy, it may take some effort to find someone to provide a test drive but after a life time of buying from stereotypical used car sellers, this is refreshing. Keep in mind their business is more like an auto broker - they take in and sell off vehicles as quickly as they can; as always it is buyer beware but these guys do it right.

The car I bought from them cost me over $1000 in the first 5 months. They told me it was all ready to go and they had taken care of safety and emissions. But upon driving the car I discovered that the windshield wipers had no rubber, the windshield mister didn't spray any water, the timing belt was installed wrong and had bent a rod that it was positioned on, electric windows didn't go up from the drivers control, and the climate control system sticks in the cold position and won't move to hot. When informed about this they only fixed the windshield wipers for free and said tough luck on the rest...they lied to me about the safety inspection and felt no remorse about it.
