I don't remember the last time we ordered from Pizza Hut that there weren't any problems. This last time, apparently we ordered something (online) they don't carry at our local Pizza Hut. This wasn't brought to my attention until AFTER I paid, of course, or else I would've just said don't worry about it, don't charge me, and I'll go about my business. But since I had already paid, it was well, what would you like instead of this item we don't have, and had to wait for them to make it. She said the cook didn't bring it to anyone's attention so they could notify us before we got there, so I guess they didn't even catch it until she was handing me the order. The lack of communication between the employees, the lack of communication between the store and their customers, it's all just a mess.

I recently placed a complicated order and the team at this location handled it so well! They were all very nice, made sure I got all the correct items, and even double checked to make sure I got the right the receipt, which I needed as the order was for a school event. Thank you ALL so much!

1 guy was nice there but other than that when we came in waiting on our order after they said it had been ready, there wasn't any music playing and that was fine we were watching a basketball game on the TV but then someone turned on the music that was connected to their device and it was nothing but vulgar language playing with the B word F word and others while there were kids in there. Not happy with that and everyone working there was happy with the music playing and jamming out, which isn't a problem with me IF they don't have any customers in the building.nThe people working in this one need to learn to be Professional.nnNot a good experience for me or the others I was with.

Bad service here, I am never coming back to this place because I call in for creamy chicken Alfredo and by very disappointed I got meat ball pasta. I call back and the lady said they don’t have no more creamy chicken Alfredo, that they are busy that sent out meat ball pasta instead. I wish they told me that before, I even ask if there’s creamy chicken Alfredo to be sure.

I'm dinning in for the first time so things are limited. You have to order at the front instead of them coming to you. One young girl was video chatting while making food and everyone else was doing other things very very slowly. There are almost no specials for dine in customers. I had to clean off chairs for my family to sit in and pick a table that was semi clean. It's sad because this a newly built store and it's dirty.
