Got involved in a traffic collision and was left to deal by myself with the insurance company not knowing anything about how it works. Alex spent tons of time on the phone, answering all my questions for free and letting me know what my options were. My case was not worth taking, however, she cleared things up for me. Not many attorney spend time for free to help someone. I can tell she enjoys helping people and she is good at it. Thank you for your good help.

I was in a motorcycle wreck where the police report caused each insurance company to find the driver they didn't cover at fault. Given that I only had liability coverage on my bike I had to sue the other driver's insurance for damages. Being completely inexperienced with law suits and lawyers in general I did a google search and called the first listing that came up. This law firm strung me along for a year before telling me they were no longer interested in pursuing the case. It was then a friend of mine recommended Alex to me and I am very glad she did. Alex was not only very professional, she is knowledgable and extremely helpful. It took a little time but in the end she was able to get my hospital bills and motorcycle paid for with a little left over as well. Once I find something good I always stick with it, and I have most definitely found an amazing lawyer!
