I worked with Valerie and Ephraim (I hope I spelled that right) at this location! They were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Valerie’s customer service skills are EXCEPTIONAL to say the least. She was very much willing to work with me even after finding out about my open bankruptcy. She was also extremely honest and nice in explaining my options. She definitely had my best interest In mind as opposed to trying to sell me something that had a fat price tag with negative financial baggage. Thanks guys!

i got so much more out of my trade-in car than i thought i would be able to from a dealership! Peter is AWESOME!!!! he made the process super fun for me and helped me feel less nervous about making a big purchase. i really like the car they found for me. it’s exactly what i’ve been looking for for a while. the price is really good for me as a newly grad with barely any savings. Zed is really knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. him and Peter makes a great team. They have multiple different warranty options, which is really helpful as well, because i have had bad experiences in the past when i didn’t have warranty with certain dealerships. overall, it’s a really good experience! would for sure recommend!!!

My visit was unexpectedly pleasant, Kris was super well informed and quick to answer any of my questions. It was super professional but more than that it felt like I was speaking to a friend. The no pressure environment allowed me to feel confident that I wasn't going to walk away without being in love with my vehicle. Thanks again to Kris and all of the sales team that made my visit feel stress free, and one to repeat next time I'm in need of a vehicle.

As a customer service expert and someone who’s very picky about his truck where I take my truck to is very important to me. Over the last year I have decided that this dealership has earned my business. Keith and his team are so responsive and helpful I would not consider going anywhere else. Whether it’s an oil change, something mechanical or just today getting four new tires I can always be assured I will get a great price, great workmanship and high quality parts. If you’re looking for that dealership that you know you can trust might I recommend you give Keith and his team a try.

James was great! Very knowledgeable, pointed me in the right direction and most importantly he was honest. I was honest up front and he was the same. Kinda pushy, I heard another associate ask his customers if they wanted water and chips and we’ve been here for like 4 hours and was never offered that. So customer service needs some work especially when your sitting here for hours. Other then that was great and happy with my new car! Thank you Larry h Miller:)
