Incredible service. Felt very comfortable test driving and searching their inventory. They don’t try to sell you on the vehicles and ask obnoxious questions. Very friendly and easy to work with. Took care of all the details. We were not planning on leaving with a new car today, but we did because the price and service were unbeatable!

Extremely friendly and welcoming from setting up the test drive all the way to signing the paperwork. Honest, helpful and fast, all while getting me an amazing deal! We brought a car here about 3 years ago. The car itself has been running great and we’ve had no mechanical issues. However, the paint on our car is terrible. We’ve had multiple panels have the clear coat completely peel off. I took it to a shop to look into how much it would cost to have it repainted and they told me this is common with cheap restore jobs. They do a cheap fast clear coat to make the car look brand new when you buy it but it won’t last more than a couple years. Painting the car is outrageously expensive so we’ve been very disappointed. Would not buy again.

Sales guy was great!!! No pressure. I just went in for test drive, and the car I chose wasn't what I wanted. After test drive mentioned that to the sales guy with no issues he said thank you for coming in and that was that. Also was not aware they specialize in "brand" tittles, and explained what that was to me before even getting the keys for the test drive.

I had a great experience working with Shawn. They helped me find the exact car i was looking for at a Great Value. Because I am one of those people that has to get a great deal...I searched for a couple of weeks but in the end I called Shawn back. He and Josh worked out a killer deal. They answered all of my questions and we super friendly. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and will plan on starting every future car purchase at Image Auto Sales!!!
