Fantastic service. Complex repair. Done in a timely manner and with great quality. Other shops quoted me twice the price. Very pleased with their work. Will do business with them again.
The crew at German Auto Specialist were quick and thorough. They did a great job and their fees were very fair.
There was a misunderstanding at the beginning, but Vincent took it into his hands to make sure everything went well! Good quality work, affordable prices - I saved a lot of money, done in a timely manner - the next day after I brought my car in, it was done and running smooth! The only suggestion I have is maybe to send out a confirmation text/email of the appointment, with quote included. Other than that, great experience, thank you German Auto Specialists!
I will admit, without Vince this place wouldn’t deserve the full 5 stars.. but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I think the main reason why this is such a great and successful shop is because Vince works so closely with his team and doesn’t let management get in the way of getting his own hands dirty! This helps with quality work and shows he cares more about the shop than just sitting at his desk and letting his techs do all the work without knowing what’s going on. The techs all seem great and the tech that worked on my car had a hefty job and so far, he brought it back to full health and I’m satisfied with the outcome. Even with the very minor issue that brought me back, Vince didn’t hesitate to correct the problem. In the end, although I hope nothing major brings me back to the shop, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks guys
I took my Audi into this joke of a shop. Little did I know they would do incomplete work and leave parts unattached. Vincent the guy who claims to be the owner has zero sense of customer service was nothing but rude and condescending when addressing these issues. Now my car runs worse than before I have no doubt that I will take it to another shop and they will find other components that are disconnected
