I had an existing issue with a mounted tire from a different NTB. On the way home from work I figured I'd swing by this one in Alvin to try correct the issue.nnThe employee was kind enough to fix the problem caused by a different NTB in a timely manner.nnReally appreciate the service here.
They are awesome. I am homeless and am having a hard time finding a job. So I have no choice to stand on their corner to ask for $ to survive and in exchange I send out a powerful message
I had an appt for alignment & rotation. 3 hours later, they rotated the tires, marring my rims, missing caps & did not connect 1 pressure sensor. There was no one there for the alignment. I will not go back to wait hours to connect sensor. When i purchased the tires, not 1 tire had correct pressure. All 4 were different. No excuse for this.
Such Awesome people here at this location. The last thing I ever want to do is spend money on tires but after coming here it was definitely worth it. They made my experience great.
Good ol hometown Alvin Ntb! Service still wonderful here. Sad to see how slow it is here now. The store use to always be so busy. Must be the new competition that just opened up right next door. Oh well ntb and Alex will always have my business.
