This is the only auto parts store I shop. These are the reasons:n1. Honesty. Everyone there has always told me the truth about what I need, what I can do, what I can’t do, in about what it’s gonna cost.nn2. Helpfulness. They have help me install air conditioning refrigerant, windshield wiper blades, the little itty-bitty batteries that go inside your key fob, they did two of these!nn3. Location. I mean really, they’re right in the heart of Alvin.
Went in today to buy a tool. Then I went to the check out counter. They have a rope baracade in front of the counter. The rope is about 3 feet or so from the counter. I am a senior citizen and I had to balance on my cane to hand the tool to the employee. Then I had to reach over to the credit card machine. This is carrying the Covid-19 thing to the extreme. Not Senior Friendly.
Took a brake controller in that had a free replacement on it was very happy and had great service
They were very nice put my antifreeze in my car and put some power steering fluid in my car
