Don't believe what they say over the phone. Drive there and make them show you the tires. Girl on phone checked in the back, told me they were there, confirmed they were 16 ply. Only to drive 30 minutes out of the way to find out they were in fact 10 ply...
Went for an inspection and was handled my the manager. Nice friendly place. Talked Jeeps for couple minutes with him. Great place to go.
