I very much dislike sharing unfavorable experience but when we got an oil change they failed to replace the oil fill cap and by the time we noticed an issue oil had blown all over the hood and bumper! Wr replaced the cap and went straight there to find that the oil was at the proper level of operation indicating that it had been over filled at the time of the oil change as!! Please don't get me wrong, I completely understand human error and am at times at fault myself but I surely don't make a mistake that I have made seem as though someone else is at fault! that is bad business and these errors could end up costing alot of money to someone who could very well not afford it!! I hope it was a fluke and it doesn't happen to anyone else!!
Got us in right away and were incredibly friendly.
I was the only customer yet it took longer than normal for an Oil change.
