Drove to Lowell today for a last minute emergency prescription because of the 24 hr service (It was a Friday) . Let me tell you, this location was EXTREMELY busy, but my goodness the pharmacy staff was on there A game. They were polite, quick, and very pleasant despite their obvious stress. The 2 men working tonight deserve a raise, they worked their butts off.

the service is terrible, the staff and the manager treat everyone very badly and with prejudice and no desire to work ... I was never so humiliated because they are lazy including the night manager! I feel sorry for the owner who trusts these people

Im always waiting on hold for 30 mins or more as I’m on hold some answers doesn’t even give me a chance to say ok and they put me back on hold pharmacy it is very slow also every time I need to get my child medicine they don’t have any my child has to go without sometime as long as two weeks for them to stock up again horrible pharmacy customer service thinking of changing due to the lack of service they provide.

I will never shop at this CV again. I went to work at 7: 30 and noted that I batteries for my watch so I walk in got the batteries and decided to check out the Olay face cream. As soon as I touch the bottle the loud speaker said help needed at Olay aisle. I was confuse looked around me and noted another staff at the extreme end of the store. It made me feel so uncomfortable. I went to pay for my items and asked the cashier why the speaker said help at the Olay idle when I did not ask for help and I was the only one there. He said it does that sometimes. I walk paid walk away went home but still felt uneasy about spending my money at a store that thought the worse of me and sending help to me when I did not ask for one. I decided I work too hard for my money too educated to spend my more at a store that will not treat me with respect so therefore I returned all the product and got my money. Heading to spend money where I am teated like a human being not a suspect.

The pharmacists here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have never struggled so much to get prescriptions filled. And then when they are filled, three pharmacists and cashiers make passive aggressive comments and continue treating me like I'm somehow inconveniencing them by asking them to do their jobs.
