Told it was a 2 & a half hour wait, so we went to puck up our order. There was no dine in business, and the only driver wasn't busy either. After we paid we were told our order would be brought out to our car. Finally went inside & order was left in their shelf unattended not sure how long. As I asked about the order they still went to see if it had been paid first. The cashier didn't know how to check for my order so she still waited for someone to help her. Then after they helped her I could finally get my pizza 17 minutes after I was told it would be ready as I paid for it in person. Instead of the original time of 2 & a half hours I was told for it to be ready. So I still picked it up 17 minutes plus the 45 minutes I understood it would be ready. But yet at the register as I paid for it they told me that the time was shorter since they weren't busy after all. WOW. I was 7 minutes away from them according to GPS when I drove to go wait at the restaurant in my car.

I usually come to this pizza hut and it has never been a problem until today. We made our online order two hours prior. The wait was about an hour and a half which is totally fine. We get to the parking lot, we call and a gentleman comes out and informs that our order was involved in some sort of cancellation including other orders... Not once did I get a call or email about them canceling my order. I asked why and how that happened, he explained he wasn’t sure.. We had to wait another 20 minutes extra for our order to be made. I understand San Antonio is going through a winter storm advisory at the moment but at least warn your customers before canceling their order. So unprofessional. Wasting mine and others peoples time.

Horrible!!! I went there to dine in with my kids thinking it would be ok. I walked in and the tables were filthy!!! My waiter was 16 and started to write my order down on a bathroom paper towel!!!!!!! I placed our drink order and appetizer order. My child needed to use the bathroom so I told him to start with that. After we got back from the bathroom ..we sat back at our table and waited 5 more minutes...he came back with the same paper towel to get our order.. I asked where our drinks were and he said he hadnt placed our order because they were using th registers for take out orders!!!. Big fail!!! dont go here, its nasty and are not ready for dine in customers.
