Went for my interview and waited close to 25 minutes to be interviewed
The staff was very helpful, they asked about my truck and any concerns that I had with it. They were very efficient and know what they are doing and informative. It was sweet of them to offer bottled water since it was a hot day...great staff and great service. Now I have to bring my 3 other vehicles in...
The workers were wonderful. Made me feel at ease n welcome. They completed my car inspection and change the oil. They were upfront about cost provided a discount to help me out. They explained the process too. The most welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly people
The employees were very polite quick with their work and it comes at a cheap price. Unless you're going for that real expensive oil, the synthetic high mileage one. Of course it's going to come out a little bit more expensive. But the Take 5 Oil Change team was awesome!!!
Techs were awesome just amazing customer service! I'm extremely picky and appreciate good customer service when I encounter it. I came to this location on 3/26/21 @8:53. All the staff in bay area deserve a bonus!
