I was pretty disappointed, we never got to actually speak to Keiko or any other attorney. The office staff seemed very unorganized, they never told us this was a phone consultation we showed up to our appointment in person. Then they asked for our paperwork which was emailed to them hours before the appointment, I would think the office staff would call to confirm the appointment and maybe inform the client this is a phone consult and their is a charge. I have no problem paying a fee but 1. no one informed us this was a phone consult 2. no one informed us there was a fee which again I have no problem paying 3. You didn't even have my paperwork so you weren't even ready for this phone consult or in person consultation. So we are looking else where.

Lost my service even before the consultation!! Terrible service even worst customer service. Appointment with an intake information was confirmed upon yesterday, I actually took the entire day off to make sure everything was in line for my consultation. Upon confirming my appointment this am, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional!! Even laughing at me for receiving incorrect information from someone in training in their office!! Sarcastically implying, if she would like for me to call the young lady into the office on her day off to correct her? FYI! I felt that this young lady was very professional even though she may not have the correct information she should be rewarded for the higher level of customer service she offered me upon yesterday! Her name is Mallory by the way!!

I’ve consulted with Keiko on various different situations involving my family. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind and willing to help me. Keiko was very understanding with my conflicts in life and went above and beyond to help me. She treats everyone like family and had a professional attitude every single time.

Very pleasant to work with. The entire team makes you fell like you are their most important client. I never had much faith in the legal system, but with Keiko's knowledge and her commitment to my needs, justice prevailed and she won my case

When my husband and I first went to Keiko for help in his custody situation we were completely lost on where to start and what his rights were. Keiko and her office went above and beyond in making sure we understood my husband’s rights and helped us fight and succeed through both a Modification and an Enforcement Order so my husband could have his time with his son. Keiko and her staff took the time to work with us and answer all of our questions regarding the case; making sure we felt comfortable and heard every step of the way.
