Called at least a half a dozen times over the course of 2 days before I finally received a text that Patrick would be calling.nnAfter a little more phone tag I finally was able to explain the repairs I needed which I were told was within their scope but wouldn’t give any indication of pricing although I asked a few times in a couple different ways.nnAlso he never offered and gave any availability to schedule an appointment or estimate. We just talked, he said they could do it, but then never when he could do it.nnWhen I followed up after the weekend to schedule they ignored me once again. I sent a text expressing my grievance and that I write reviews and Patrick called me to curse at me and threaten me.nnMaybe they didn’t need business but this sure isn’t a way to treat a customer that you haven’t even met and had been professional and basically begging to give you business. I should have moved on after they couldn’t return a phone call the 1st day.

Called several times they texted twice. Said they would set up time to come fix my city water leak,still waiting been 7 days. I'm sure they are good people but I can only rate from my experiences. I had to call another RV repairman

My Oasis stopped pumping hot water. Called Stage Coach and left a message. To my surprise I actually received a return call within the hour. Patrick came to my RV, discovered the issue and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Since we were here for a week he suggested we monitor the Oasis and we'd settle-up at the end of the week. Later he called ITR (Oasis manufacturer) tech support and found out there was a known issue with the thermostat and the field fix. Patrick came back and fixed the thermostat. In total, Patrick came to my RV three times. When I went to pay my invoice me only charged me for an hour. I told him that couldn't be right - it had to be higher bill -he came to my RV three times. Patrick said that he was in the RV campground fixing other RVs, so I wasn't charged for the trips. YES, jaw-drop-moment. When was the last time you've worked with a person of such integrity and character? Two words that describe Patrick: knowledgeable, and professional. 1000% recommend Stage Coach RV and Patrick.
