Gave us one price on the estimate. When Gerald called to say the car was ready the price was 100 more than quoted. When we asked why he lied saying that’s the price he quoted. He finally admitted he lied saying the part cost more. When asked why did you not call and inform us of the price increase before doing the repairs he stated he did not know and tried to give excuses. Buyer beware we paid the extra price however he lost our business permanently.
