I hate car shopping and I hate the spiel and negotiation process - this was not the case with Jacob and Jim. It was a very laid back, comfortable experience which I really appreciated as it's rare in the car business. Jacob was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get me the deal I was happy with. We have him watching for a truck for my husband and hope to do business with him again.
Worst car shopping experience yet. Walked in, was chased around the store by a salesperson. I walked around a car and he followed my every step. I felt like I was being stalked. When it was time to look at numbers, I told them my budget, they went to run numbers came back with a price way over budget. I asked to work with them and to see if they can go lower. They basically laughed in my face, were rude and not easy to work with. Walked across the road to one of the other dealerships, and it was much more pleasant, easy to work with and I bought a car on the spot.
From the moment I sent an inquiry about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing and now my service needs for my new Acadia, Greater Lowell Buick GMC has provided a TOP NOTCH client experience.
