I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep at 495 Chrysler. The entire experience was phenomenal! I found the precise vehicle I wanted online, arranged nearly the entire purchase via phone, and was able to complete the entire transaction with ease! I highly recommend using this dealership. I traveled all the way from the Cape, and will continue to do so in order to purchase future vehicles here. They're THAT good! Friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with!
Went to get a new Ram 1500. Great inventory selection and knowledge on the difference of the trims to help me decide what I was looking for. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. My sales person Josh helped me figure out on what to decide. Asked me questions to see what fit me lifestyle. That way we were able to find the right pickup and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this dealer.
If I could leave the stars blank I would. Called to confirm a online listing is available and was stated that it was (naturally was a bit of a ride to get there). They scheduled me for a 1230 appointment. I get here and they said that vehicle was already sold. I stated I JUST called an hour ago and confirmed it was available. Salesperson said we’ll sorry but the internet doesn’t keep up with the sales floor. I RESTATED I didn’t go by the internet I CALLED and they set an appointment to view.nnPOOR SALES department at best giving the best credit I can here....
I had to bring my compass in for service. I absolutely recommend bringing your car here! Joe was awesome to work with and he was able to set me up with a rental while they made sure my car was back to new again.nnThank you guys at 495!!
This is a glass half full review. I had a great sales experience here. Even basic service goes generally well. Drive in garage, frequent flyer oil changes, courteous staff and a comfortable lounge with good coffee.nnI cannot provide more stars than this due to my experience with poor quality of service on larger repairs. On one occasion my vehicle was damaged which was only brought to my attention after I inquired about it. On another occasion after a large repair the vehicle was retuned to me as fixed but the issue was not solved and clearly never road tested.nnThats the thing with this place. They give you the car when its done not when its fixed.
