Outstanding customer service. This was by far the easiest vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Charlie makes it a point to answer the phone, and reply to email and text promptly. Good customer service is hard to find, which is why I had no problem driving 3.5 hours to do business with Charlie.

Amazing customer service. Was not pushy and was honest about the whole process. He gave my fiancee and I the best deal and throughly walked us through pricing.
