I went to this Kroger at about 6:15 and was ready to check out at about 6:25. Arlyn told me that I would have to wait until 7 to check out at a “regular lane”. I’ve never had that issue here. You mean to tell me all of the employees in the store at the time and not one person in here can run a register? If the store opens at 6 I’m not seeing why I would have to wait until 7 to check out.
Not not use grocery pick up this is a joke!nI’ve waited 40 minutes only to see them serve everybody but me communicated three separate times with somebody to make sure that they knew I was there only to continue to be ignore!!!!! Management lacks ability to do anything, they just check on it and nothing is rectified.nKroger there’s a Publics down the street they actually have a good customer service and they don’t take your time for granted.
Ordered food online and the lady that brought food to my vehicle had her mask on incorrectly. The mask was covering her mouth not her nose. She got in an exchange of words with me, i would not open my door until she put her mask on correctly. The girl said her mother told her she did not have to wear a mask. Why would Kroger not provide proper instructions to their employees about proper way to wear a mask? Why would Kroger not send the girl home if they do not want to wear their mask properly? What is the use of having Kroger pull my groceries if they are not working safely?
